♡ Terms of Service ♡

•General Info•

  • Commissions are accepted via Discord DMs, Google forms or Patreon.

  • When you send the details of your commission please include a reference of your character and any minor details. It is your responsibility to provide all necessary information for your commission.

  • Commissions with strictly written descriptions will be charged a Design fee. [ask for more details]

• commission Process•

  • Make sure to fill out the form completely. Please include image links or DM all image links to Vixien on discord.

  • Once your commission is accepted Payment will be requested; I will not start on any commission tell it is payed in full.

  • Commissions that are over $200 are eligible for payment plans under 3 months.

  • Once payed, I will add you to the Que and get started on the commission.

  • Once the image is finished, the image will be sent via discord or to the provided email! ♥

•Stream commission Process•

  • Make sure to fill out the form completely. If I dont understand or have issues with your form, I might not be able to accept your commission.

  • Once your commission is accepted Payment will be requested; I will not start on any commission tell it is payed in full.

  • Once it is payed I will add you to the list on stream and get started on the commission.

  • If you wish for me to make edits Speak up before the commission is finished. If edits are requested after I send the file, i will charge an editing fee.

  • Once the image is finished, the image will be posted to the discord group and sent via Discord or to the provided email!♥

•Payment•

Payment must be made in FULL before I start your commission.Please do not sent payment before i confirm your slot.
If you are unable to pay durring the stream, your slot can be given up to someone else and your commisson will be cancelled.
If you wish to be added back to the waiting list, I will add you to the end and we will try the process over.Mayment methods are;
Preferd; Google Pay OR Cash App
Also accepting; Secondlife L$ ; Amazon GC ; ApplePay

•Refunds•

Artwork is non-refundable once complete.
If i am unable to finish the commission with in 5 months, the commissioner may ask for a refund on the time that was left on the commission.

•Deadlines•

Current wait time; 1 - 5 weeks from payment.
Commissions are done mostly during streams.
Depending on the mood I am in and the level of difficulty the commission is, Ill likely work on larger commissions off stream aswell.
I will do my best to keep things going at a reasonable pace.
Though, I will drop your commission if you are too inpatient. I am not a robot.
Please give me atleast 1 month to complete a commission of any size.
If you need your commission by a certain date for a birthday gift, anniversary, etc. I must have at least a 1 week notice, and you will be charged a rush fee. [price is case by case]

•My Rights•

  • I have the right to refuse any work, for any reason. Without explaining said reason.

  • I have the right to post and copy my work, even if it is copyright of your character.

  • I have the right to upload any commission to any of my social media accounts.

  • I may also sell prints of any artwork/commission I create.

•Your Rights•

  • You have the right to repost any commission I have done for you to your gallerys as well as edit, crop, add text, and alter the commission as long as you credit me as the artist.

  • You may not remove my signature; It must still be visible at all times.

  • You have the right to print your commission and make copies, put the design on a shirt, blanket, poster or anything else. [AS LONG AS YOU DONT SELL anything with my artwork on it.; dont make profit from my work.]

Cub fetishes
scat/watersports(ask if you are unsure).
